Job Description Provide a positive delivery experience to the customer Maintain a professional appearance Delivery of local spas, via cart, crane, or slip sheet Maintain a professional attitude, go above and beyond your job responsibilities to create long lasting customers Attention to detail, must be able to follow the process Local sales event set up Showroom support, removing and installing spas in showrooms as well as fulfilling work orders Maintain vehicles and trailers, report issues to supervisor so they can be addressed Minor spa repair while on delivery site Any other job that will become our responsibility as the department growsRequirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

You will wear multiple hats on any given day and drive the success of the team.
Bullfrog Spas is looking for a person with strong leadership skills, and a do what it takes attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Provide service and maintenance to trailers and vehicles, report and record service to the corporate office.
Work in an outdoor environment 50% of the time.
Oversee current and future processes are being followed.
Develop team members into strong leaders Unload and inventory spas coming in to the facility.
Repair customers spa in shop General house keeping Back up service and delivery teams when needed.
Work with Scheduler to ensure successful deliveries and service are completed Hold team accountable to the process, teach, train and uplift team members.
Maintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and in the store organized, labeled, and stocked Provide water tests for customers Provide service to customers in local area Assist local store sales team when necessary Provide technical support to customers Assist in setting up shows and show room at local store Maintain and submit expense reports monthly Communicate local needs with service manager to improve the customer experience Maintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customers Schedule local service calls with the customer Assist with general maintenance needs for the local store facilityShip replaced warranty parts to Bullfrog manufacturing facilityQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
