Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and sales transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Process cash, credit, and transactions accurately - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Requirements:
