Rocky Mountain Care Riverton is pleased to announce a full time position for a Speech Language Pathologist! Rocky Mountain Care Riverton is a 40 bed transitional rehabilitation facility. We have an outstanding therapy team who provide innovative and progressive treatments for a wide variety of patients. We treat post-surgical orthopedic, sub-acute neuro, and general med geriatric patients. We also have a growing outpatient program. The building truly is beautiful with spacious gathering areas, a great dining experience, and private/semi private room options.
We offer our SLP an ideal work environment along with a great team to work with. Our gym is fully stocked with the latest and greatest in equipment and technology. We have a good mix of orthopedic, Neurologic, and general medicine patients. Our average length of stay is 23 days and 85% of our patients return to their prior living arrangement. Our SLP will be responsible for the following:
