Summary: Perform customer service for inbound calls and e-mails from English and French speaking demonstrators including order entry, order corrections, and questions regarding programs and policies. Ensure demonstrators are receiving accurate and efficient service through effective research, problem solving, and coaching.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
1. Provide quality customer service on inbound demonstrator calls and e-mails as outlined in department QA standards.
2. Maintain high productivity and use phone time effectively by achieving department goals for manned time.
3. Track and report demonstrator issues through Score Incidents. Maintain tracking percentages according to guidelines of DS Monthly Performance Summary.
4. Attend scheduled team meetings, training sessions, and learning opportunities.
5. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and programs by frequently checking resources, reading e-mails, updates, and information posted to the Customer and Demonstrator Web Sites.
6. Provide international expertise in company policies, procedures, products, and programs. Be able to communicate and explain details and concepts to demonstrators.
7. Act as a liaison between French-speaking demonstrators and English-speaking support in the department and company.
8. Proactively identify coaching opportunities on incoming calls and e-mails, and give information that will enhance and improve a demonstrator s business.
9. Make decisions and corrections based on frontline authority and standards established within the department.
10. Use department reports and tools to analyze individual monthly performance. Set and meet goals to ensure continuous improvement.
11. Complete additional projects as assigned including welcome calls and outbound retention efforts.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education.
2. Proficient in a Windows-based computer environment.
3. Able to type and enter data quickly and accurately into a computer.
4. Excellent English and French verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
5. Excellent English and French written communication skills.
6. Strong problem solving skills.
7. Previous customer service experience preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
1. Must have ability to work independently and in team environment.
2. Most possess initiative and willingness to take action.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
