Summary: Perform customer service for inbound calls from demonstrators including order entry, order corrections, and questions regarding programs and policies. Ensure demonstrators are receiving accurate and efficient service through effective research, problem solving, and coaching.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
1. Provide quality customer service on inbound demonstrator calls as outlined in department QA standards.
2. Maintain high productivity and use phone time effectively by achieving department goals for manned time.
3. Track and report demonstrator issues through Score Incidents. Maintain tracking percentages according to guidelines of DS Monthly Performance Summary.
4. Attend scheduled team meetings, training sessions, and learning opportunities. If unable to attend team meeting, coordinate schedule conflicts with Supervisor.
5. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and programs by frequently checking resources, reading e-mails, updates, and information posted to the Wiki, Customer and Demonstrator Web Sites.
6. Proactively identify coaching opportunities on incoming calls, and give information that will enhance and improve a demonstrator s business.
7. Make decisions and corrections based on frontline authority and standards established within the department.
8. Use department reports and tools to analyze individual monthly performance. Set and meet goals to ensure continuous improvement.
9. Complete additional projects as assigned including welcome calls and outbound retention efforts.
Qualifications
Other Skills and Abilities:
1. Must have ability to work independently and in team environment.
2. Most possess initiative and willingness to take action.
3. French Language a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
