Budget Analyst (Title 32)
As a Budget Analyst (Title 32), GS-0560-9, you will:
DUTIES:
(This is NOT an all-inclusive list.) Serves as the functional point of contact for day-to-day budget/financial issues. Works with Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) and budget office counterparts to obtain, monitor, and track organization's funds. Performs budget formulation work involving review and preparation of budget estimates and financial plans. Performs budget execution and administration work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of funds. Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information and conducts analyzes, reviews and special studies of budget and/or related information. Uses budgetary and other automated system(s) and computer-generated products in accomplishing budgeting/funding assignments. Your resume must have complete information:

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE FOR GS-09:
To qualify for the GS-0560-09 position, the candidate must be eligible for entry into the position's financial management certification career program based on the position's GS-grade before final approval and appointment is processed. A candidate must have at least 12 months of finance budget experiences and competencies that provided knowledge of financial principles and procedures. Candidate must have a good understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the National Guard financial budget business program requirements. A candidate must have experiences and training that demonstrate the abilities to follow directions, to read, retain, and understand a variety of instructions, regulations, policies and procedures. As a condition of continued employment in the GS-0560-09 position, dependent on the position's certification level the employee must complete the higher financial management certification within 24 months of appointment to the position. All applicants must submit their education transcripts for verification of qualifications. All applicants should submit a copy of their financial certifications if they possess them.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
