Job Description We are a wellestablished equipment manufacturing company seeking an experienced and resultsdriven individual to join our sales staff support team.
We specialize in engineering and building trailer mounted hot water pressure washers and we have over trailer mounted hot water pressure washing systems in service worldwide.
We are conveniently located just off I in the BluffdaleRiverton area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and qualify leads via phone and email Coordinate sales transactions Answer inbound calls Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value Prioritize andor escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written Outstanding phone computer and internet skills Highly motivated determined and target driven Proven customer support experience Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Two years of customer support experience required A Can Do attitude Bilingual Spanish is a plus PAY AND BENEFITS Parttime or Fulltime Pay range.
DOE Monthly Production Bonuses Individual Health insurance after days paid by employer for full time employees Paid holidays after months for full time employees Paid Time Off after year for full time employees.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
