Shift DaysHours Monday Thursday PM AM As our Customer Service Representative in the Patient Registration Department youll work to help our patients check into the hospital for hospital services.
Youll often be the first face they see and the person they rely on to answer questions during registration.
Youll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly but also by listening with compassion not just to intake information but to address their fears concerns and questions.
To thrive in this job youll need to be confident with technology and typing however you dont need to have any previous hospital experience or knowledge in healthcare.

Since this is a healthcare facility all applicants must be up to date on all vaccinations including but not limited to COVID and annual flu shot pass a drug test and pass a background check prior to hire.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
