As a Guest Service Agent, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Facilities Manager and Director of Nursing to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree preferred.
Prior experience with facility laundry or other laundry facilities preferred.
COVID -19 Vaccination approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
Check in with client before their first appointment and ensure adequate documentation for the first session.
Observe the client during their session; report any concerns regarding their treatment or any other aspect of their visit.
Follows up with the director or manager regarding client's visit after each visit review period; notices any issues that need to be addressed during their visit.
Assist clients to various areas of the facility including front desk, client rooms, library, and food service areas.
Serve clients food during their visit review period if available? Makes sure to inform the director or manager of the need for additional food services staff during the visit.
Receive any needed referrals from client for follow up on their behalf.
Makes sure to call back to the facility to inform the director or manager of any needed referrals.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining facility including laundry, bathrooms, cleaning, painting, etc.
Make sure to keep all documentation associated with each client's visit accurate during their visit review period.
