Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist
GoEnginer is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist that will focus on online sales and provide additional information and value to our customer base.
The primary focus of this role is to execute daily tasks to meet customers where they are and provide world-class service for all their material needs.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in optimizing ecommerce listings, work closely with our order management team to ensure proper order and fulfillment of materials, while helping customers shift to an online order experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer facing interactions and order facilitation for all additive manufacturing materials.
Assist customers with transitioning to automated orders via our online store.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the click to receive process is satisfactory for customers Work strategically with top accounts to expand materials usage and streamline ordering efforts.
Work within various vendor business strategies and requirements.
Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements and materials Communicate with and support internal & external customers.
Additional responsibilities, support, and duties as required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills The ability to work hybrid or exclusively in a local office unless prior written approval is provided, which may be revoked based on performance Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of calendar scheduling Education level - High School Diploma 2
years of administrative, sales, or similar experience Experience with Shopify or photoshop a plus but not required.
