South Mountain Builders, Inc. is a construction management company interviewing for a reliable Superintendent for government projects.
Work both onsite and in office.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Government experience REQUIRED
Most work is local but you may need to travel on occasion.
Knowledge of the software PCMX will put you at a great advantage.
Need good computer skills including Adobe Acrobat, estimating software, Microsoft Word and Excel.
You would be on jobsite everyday, supervising crews, scheduling, writing reports, putting together submittals, inspecting work for quality control.
Your past experience will determine rate of pay; we offer a good competitive salary.
