Please read entire posting - We are looking for VERY detail oriented, self motivated, hard working people to help us manage our growing Real Estate transaction management and Real Estate brokerage compliance company! We are looking for qualified people that would like to work in the Real Estate field helping other Real Estate Professionals and Brokerages with compliance and paperwork tasks in Utah & Salt Lake Counties. We need people that we can trust to work off-site at other Real Estate companies along the Wasatch front and that have very positive personalities to maintain a great attitude. The pay for this job is $12.00 per hour base and a bonus of $20.00 per file you process per month (Average once established is 20-40 per month). Good computer skills and tech savvy are 2 must haves for this job! If you have worked as a Real Estate assistant or administrator, these are a big plus and please note it on your resume. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
