Position Description:
The SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST serves as a support contact for the dealers/accounts and sales agents that they will be assigned and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Sales Support Specialist is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Sales Support team is expected to work very closely with the sales department and Account Managers to help build relationships with their assigned dealers and agents to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. The Sales Support Specialist will also be required to learn AWS products and procedures and effectively train new dealers and agents as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering incoming calls from accounts and agents, assists with conflict resolution, and training.
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Managers, Director of Sales or Sales Manager of any problems that may arise.
Assists accounts to increase production through various AWS marketing tools.
Works closely with the Account Managers in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status and company policies.
Assists with all training processes and procedures and helps Account Managers as needed to ensure new accounts receive outstanding attention.
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Director of Sales.
Understanding of company programs and service, and effectively communicates and trains all offerings to the client.
Reports to the Director of Sales, providing regular input on all account activity that they assist with.

Requirements:
Proven sales skill required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Extremely detail oriented
Efficient in all Microsoft products (Ex. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Microsoft CRM experience a plus
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
