Call Center Manager

Lighthouse Research & Development, Inc., a full-service marketing research firm, is looking to hire an experienced call center supervisor to manage telephone interviewers.
Applicants must have managerial experience, as well as some experience in a telephone call center. Applicants must have at least some college education, possess good organizational skills, be able to problem solve, and be able to motivate employees.
Applicants must also possess a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. This position is for afternoon and evening weekday hours and Saturdays.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
