Loan Officer

Bank of American Fork, one of Utah's premier community banks, is hiring a loan officer for the Riverton office.
Responsibilities:
Originate and manage a portfolio of $12 million or higher with the overall objective of maintaining and increasing its asset quality and generating fee income; manage construction, CRE, and C&I loans; take applications for loan business and assess customer ability to qualify; participate in developing lending and deposit business for the Bank; develop new and existing business relationships; must produce increasing profitable loan volume, maintain a low delinquency and charge off rate, and ensure that lending operations are in accordance with established Bank policy.

Requirements:
Five to ten years of similar or related experience, education equivalent to a college degree, good computer skills, communication skills, and strong managerial skills. Must have experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing risk. Must have knowledge of bank products, lending law and compliance requirements. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-5.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
