GOAL ZERO is looking for a qualified Sales Operations Assistant to gather, organize, manage, and execute on daily coordination between the Sales Operations and Warehouse teams.
This role will involve structuring, organizing and implementing data to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:

Utilize resources at Goal Zero corporate office to provide support, answers and solutions for the assigned sales rep, including customer service-related issuesWork hand in hand with Sales Reps, other Sales Ops and Specialty Sales Director, to achieve goals and objectivesSell at once orders to accounts within assigned territoryEnsure all orders are received, entered and fulfilled correctly and efficiently for assigned areaEffectively communicate with Sales Reps in assigned areas to ensure productivity & complianceAssist with all New Dealer Applications and Set Up, including receiving all needed documents, applications and paperworkComplete new item setups with specific accountsFollow up and prescreen new opportunitiesDirect communication between retailers and sales reps Develop and support trusted relationships with retailers, responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requestedInform customers of unforeseen delays and/or problems with their ordersMonitor the Team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in communicating SKU and pricing changes to Sales Reps in assigned areaAssist with Creative Asset uploads/refresh periodically as new assets are availableEnsure all Goal Zero policies are communicated to retailers and assist in their complianceProvide relevant materials to Sales Reps in assigned area including catalogs, sales decks, samples, price lists, and all other sales related assets Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Self-motivatedStrong communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyUnderstanding of shipping management principlesKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience in preparing reportsAbility to use computer for Inventory tracking and systems (preferred Sage MAS), and spreadsheetsProblem solving skills, highly motivated, well organized, punctual.
High-school completion or equivalent, required Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
